ABOUT US

NE Hygiene Foundation is a proposed Section 8 Not-for-Profit Company being established under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at Guwahati, Assam. The Foundation is promoted and backed by NE Hygiene Solutions, a registered Partnership Firm with established expertise in Facility Management, Housekeeping, and Pest Control services across Northeast India.

Free Youth Training: Housekeeping Skill Program

The Foundation will offer free 15–21 day residential/day training batches in professional housekeeping, targeting rural youth across Northeast India.

Batch size: 50 youth per batch (priority to rural & BPL families)
Curriculum: 5S housekeeping, linen management, sanitation, chemical handling, soft skills
Certification: Aligned with THSC (Tourism & Hospitality Skill Council) / NSDC
Placement support: Hotels, hospitals, corporate facility management firms
Funding: PMKVY, State Skill Mission, CSR contributions

NE Hygiene Digital Podcast Channel

A dedicated digital media platform covering Facility Management, Housekeeping, Pest Control, and Hospitality educating youth and professionals across India.

GOVERNING BODY — BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Foundation is governed by a four-member Board of Directors, comprising the Founder Chairman and three Directors drawn from the core team of NE Hygiene Solutions. All strategic and operational decisions are taken collectively in Board meetings, with a minimum quorum of three members.

Naba Kaman

Founder & Chairman

Represents the Foundation publicly, legally, and in all governmental dealings.
Signs MoUs, partnership agreements, and CSR proposals on behalf of the Foundation.
Provides strategic direction to all programs, training, and digital initiatives.
Acts as the primary liaison between NE Hygiene Solutions and the Foundation.

Joy Das

Director (Administration)

Maintains statutory registers and ensures MCA/ROC compliance.
Manages day-to-day operations and office administration of the Foundation.
Oversees HR, volunteer management, and documentation.
Coordinates NGO registration, annual filings, and renewal of licences.

Ratul Kumar

Director (Outreach & Partnerships)

Leads CSR funding proposals and donor relations.
Manages NE Hygiene Podcast Channel promotions and social media outreach.
Builds strategic partnerships with hotels, hospitals, and corporate FM companies.
Drives youth enrollment for free training programs and rural mobilisation drives.

Tarunkanti Dev

Director (Finance & Accounts)

Maintains all books of accounts and ensures financial transparency.
Handles 12A/80G compliance, FCRA accounts (future), and IT returns.
Prepares annual financial statements, audit reports, and utilisation certificates.
Manages grant disbursements and NSDC/PMKVY fund utilisation.
